Overview
Adventure Outdoors is launching a new fly fishing operation and is seeking a Lead Fly Fishing Guide to help build and grow this venture from the ground up.

This is not just a guiding position this is a leadership opportunity. As our lead guide, you will help establish standards, mentor future guides, shape the guest experience, and grow a world-class fly fishing program within a company that already holds significant market share in rafting, biking, horseback, and other outdoor adventures across the region.

We have the platform, marketing reach, and guest volume. Now we are building the fishing program to match.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided fly fishing trips, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants
• Share expert knowledge of local fish species, habitats, and fly fishing techniques
• Provide personalized instruction tailored to guests’ skill levels, from beginners to seasoned anglers
• Maintain equipment, gear, and safety supplies before and after each trip
• Foster a welcoming environment through excellent customer service and clear communication
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely start and end of excursions
• Educate guests on conservation practices and responsible fishing etiquette
