Job Opening: Florist & Gift Shop Specialist (Full-Time)

Opportunity for a creative and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time FLorist & Gift Shop Specialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and curating a wide range of gifts for all occasions, including corporate gifts, seasonal items, and special occasion gifts. Creativity and a passion for gift-giving are key, with flowers being one of the many elements you’ll work with to create personalized, thoughtful presents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create custom gift packages for various occasions, from birthdays and anniversaries to corporate and festival gifts
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect gifts, offering creative suggestions and personalized ideas
• Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring fresh flowers and other gift products are well-stocked and organized
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries with care
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to highlight gift offerings
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and reflects current trends in gift-giving

Requirements:

• Experience in a gift shop or retail setting in the UAE
• Knowledge of floral design and care
• Creative thinking with the ability to combine various gift elements into unique, custom packages
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to handle and arrange flowers and gift items

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal education or experience in floristry is a plus
• Experience with corporate and special event gifting
• Knowledge of a wide variety of gift options, from seasonal to milestone occasion gifts
