Floor Patroller

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure requested vehicles are prepared and positioned before scheduled customer appointments.
  • Coordinate with Sales team to provide vehicles for test drives promptly, minimizing customer waiting time.
  • Verify that test drive vehicles are clean, fueled (where applicable), and in roadworthy condition before customer use.
  • Ensure vehicles are returned, inspected, and parked correctly after each test drive.
  • Report any vehicle issues identified before or after test drives to the relevant team.
  • Manage the daily movement and organization of approximately 350 vehicles across the showroom, display areas, customer parking, and storage locations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all display vehicles meet showroom presentation standards.
  • Coordinate with the vehicle cleaning/detailing team to maintain cleanliness of showroom and display vehicles.
  • Perform routine patrols of the showroom parking areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor the designated test drive area and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve any obstructions or operational issues promptly.
  • Identify and report safety hazards, damaged vehicles, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns.
  • Ensure all vehicles are securely parked and locked when not in use.
