Job description

• Flight fueling arrangement to Supplier with best offer at airport of destination.
• Monitoring of day-to-day Flights, coordination with Supplier & Into Plane for smooth fueling & documentation
• Coordinate with Suppliers for ad-hoc price request, VAT, taxes & fees and pricing to Customers
• Coordination with Ground Handling Partners for services required by Client such as Hotel booking, catering, fueling coordination, crew transport, MVT & other services.
• Monitor customers’ feedback or complaints and provide solutions.
• Maintain and manage Supplier & Client’s database, exposure and update the Management.
• Follow up Supplier or ITP for delivery ticket once flight is over.
• Update flight monitoring & documentation for Accounts invoicing
• Ensure proper filing of flight documents.

Qualifications

• Preferably Male
• Can join immediately
• Able to work with less supervision and on shifting schedule
• Graduate of any Aviation related course is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year Experienced in Flight Operations, Aviation Flight Support, Aviation Fuel
• Proficient in MS Office, software
