Your days will include:

• Developing and implementing strategic frameworks to drive departmental success.
• Ensuring facilities and fleet assets operate at optimal performance levels.
• Leading, supervising, and supporting maintenance personnel in day-to-day operations.
• Conducting performance reviews and supporting ongoing employee development.
• Reviewing weekly operational reports and validating data accuracy.
• Preparing and delivering monthly departmental KPI and performance reports.
• Ensuring compliance with all government regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Developing, communicating, and enforcing safety inspections and repair standards.
• Reviewing and approving third-party quotes; audit and negotiate with vendors.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure fleet maintenance requirements are met.
• Managing warranty programs, asset data, and cost-recovery initiatives.
