Your days will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic frameworks to drive departmental success.
- Ensuring facilities and fleet assets operate at optimal performance levels.
- Leading, supervising, and supporting maintenance personnel in day-to-day operations.
- Conducting performance reviews and supporting ongoing employee development.
- Reviewing weekly operational reports and validating data accuracy.
- Preparing and delivering monthly departmental KPI and performance reports.
- Ensuring compliance with all government regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Developing, communicating, and enforcing safety inspections and repair standards.
- Reviewing and approving third-party quotes; audit and negotiate with vendors.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure fleet maintenance requirements are met.
- Managing warranty programs, asset data, and cost-recovery initiatives.
