Job description- Painting Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise painters to ensure they are working effectively and following safety procedures.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, including scheduling, coordinating tasks, and managing resources.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and client expectations.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure all work is performed in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Material Management: Manage supplies, mix materials, and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.

Skills and qualifications

• Experience: Typically requires significant hands-on painting experience, often with at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of different painting materials, tools, and techniques in the UAE
