Site Supervisor

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE) Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our active fit out project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.

Requirements :

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, laborers, and subcontractors
• MEP Knowledge is an added advantage
• Candidates who can individually handle the site need to apply
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety briefings
• Monitor material usage and coordinate deliveries
• Maintain accurate site documentation including daily logs and incident reports
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to resolve issues
• Enforce compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE labor laws
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior fitout works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Valid UAE driving license (Prefered)
