We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee our interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, and office fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all construction activities on site
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Project Managers, and Subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation
• Review construction methodologies and site execution plans
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
• Resolve site issues and drive project performance

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

✔ Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Construction Projects

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Excellent knowledge of project planning, cost control, and construction methodologies

✔ Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously

✔ UAE Driving License preferred
