Carlisles, the signature restaurant and lounge at Hotel Everett, is seeking experienced and polished Servers to join our team. Set within a historic estate, Carlisles delivers an elevated dining experience rooted in Southern hospitality, refined cuisine, and exceptional service.

We are looking for individuals with a background in fine dining who understand the art of service, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Position Overview

As a Server at Carlisles, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and sophisticated dining experience. This role requires strong menu knowledge, confidence in guest interaction, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and refined table service
• Guide guests through menu selections, including food, wine, and cocktails
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation
• Execute proper service standards, including timing, pacing, and table maintenance
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
