The role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluations. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to drive business performance and growth. This role will be on track to upward mobility since the company is growing!

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analyses.
  • Conduct investment analysis, including ROI evaluations, scenario modeling, and capital expenditure assessments.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key insights and recommendations to C-level executives and department heads.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, or other business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify trends, and provide actionable financial insights.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support executive decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial information.
