Full job description
The Finance Manager leads the finance function at a subsidiary company level, managing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role bridges holding-level requirements with company-level execution, ensuring reliable financial data and sound financial management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead the finance team at the company level, overseeing day-to-day financial operations
– Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
– Develop and manage the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis
– Ensure adherence to group financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
– Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury functions at the company level
– Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and key vendors
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls
– Provide financial insights and business partnering support to operational departments
– Submit timely and accurate financial reports to the Group Finance Manager
– Coach and develop the finance team members within the company
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
– Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
– Minimum 8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a management role
– Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements

– Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
– Team leadership and people development capabilities
– ERP proficiency, particularly in general ledger and reporting modules
– Good communication and business partnering ability
– Results-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
