Wilsonville Toyota is looking to add to it’s administrative team. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager Assistant.

If you have great organizational skills and an eye for detail we want to hear from you.

The role is to support our Sales Managers and Finance Director by completing all of the relevant finance contracts, purchase orders and DMV documentation involved with a vehicle purchase.

As the customers will be waiting for their documents, speed, accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure are vital for this position. If you have a great attitude, like computers, enjoy working in a team, and ultimately want to provide a great customer experience; then you could be the person we are looking for.
