About the Role:
Join our Ops team to maintain, and support POS devices across UAE
You’ll be the on-ground representative ensuring smooth merchant onboarding and device functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and deploy POS terminals at merchant sites
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support
  • Collect inactive/canceled devices and return them
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processes
  • Train merchants on device usage
  • Handle devices/inventory with care and responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with quality and company standards

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years in field service, logistics, or customer support
  • Based in UAE with full mobility
  • Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and report clearly
  • POS or fintech knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
