Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to manage client inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Duties
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, and delivery.
- Follow up with clients on orders and quotations.
- Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide after-sales support.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams.
- Track order status and update customers accordingly.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records.
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions.
- Assist sales team with documentation when required.
Requirements:
- Female candidate (as per company requirement).
- 1–2 years experience in customer service or support role in UAE.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
