Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to manage client inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Duties

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, and delivery.
  • Follow up with clients on orders and quotations.
  • Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide after-sales support.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams.
  • Track order status and update customers accordingly.
  • Maintain customer database and CRM records.
  • Prepare daily reports on customer interactions.
  • Assist sales team with documentation when required.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (as per company requirement).
  • 1–2 years experience in customer service or support role in UAE.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
