Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests.
• Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly.
• Promote and sell our range of food and beverage items and products to the customers.
• Attending to customers’ needs and enquiries.
• Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies.
• Handling of cash, POS system and report of take-in-cash when on duty.
• Responsible for ensuring that all stores are operating fully in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and achieving sales targets.
• Responsible for store upkeep and making sure it complies and is standardized with company and franchisor policy.
• Responsible to highlight to manager suggested store maintenance and follow up on execution.
• Contribute to the team effort to achieve sales targets and monitor store upkeep

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with an upscale casual dining or fine dining restaurant
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Arabic is required.
• A strong commitment and dedication to customer service.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
