Summary

In this role, you will oversee daily F&B operations, support and develop our colleagues, drive service excellence, and help create a warm, inclusive environment where both guests and team members feel they belong.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, lounge and event operations
• A people-focused leader with excellent communication skills
• Passion for service excellence, guest satisfaction and colleague development
• UAE/GCC hospitality experience is an advantage
