Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and polished service — every time
- Guide and support junior teammates while leading by example
- Master the menu and recommend with confidence (from signature dishes to wine pairings)
- Ensure every order is perfect, every guest is satisfied, and every shift runs smooth
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
- Help with opening/closing duties and keep the restaurant looking flawless all day
Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in English (other languages are a big plus!)
2+ years of service experience in a luxury resort, club, or fine-dining restaurant
Exceptional attention to detail and a heart for hospitality
Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and allergens
Calm and composed under pressure — even during the busiest services
Team spirit, a positive attitude, and a readiness to go the extra mile
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
