We are seeking a highly creative and trend-aware F&B Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will lead the visual storytelling of our brand by planning, shooting, and editing daily short-form video and photo content that drives community engagement and restaurant visits.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

Capture high-quality media of dishes, drinks, in-store ambiance, and behind-the-scenes experiences using professional gear or mobile devices.

Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Apply expert food styling and creative lighting setup during active restaurant service environments.

Strategy & Management

Maintain the content calendar to ensure a consistent pipeline of weekly posts aligned with seasonal promos.

Write high-converting captions and text hooks that align perfectly with the brand’s voice.

Monitor viral F&B trends, audio tracks, and platform updates daily to adapt our strategy.

Collaboration & Engagement

Work with culinary teams and chefs to feature new menu items accurately.

Interact with the online community by responding to comments, tags, and inquiries promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience Needed

4+ years of experience creating dedicated digital content specifically within the F&B or hospitality industry.

A diverse portfolio showcasing food photography, dynamic video transitions, and creative storytelling.

Technical Proficiency

Expert mobile/camera mastery including knowledge of framing, angles, and fast-paced lighting adjustment.

Advanced editing application skills using industry tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Lightroom.

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail when presenting premium aesthetic values.

Excellent time management to consistently meet tight production turnarounds during busy service hours.

Fluent English verbal skills are mandatory.
