Job Summary
Buffalo Wild Wings GO is looking for energetic and motivated Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key part of our team, you’ll help deliver quick, friendly, and accurate service while preparing great food and creating a positive guest experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing and cash handling
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while managing register operations with basic math skills
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as ALOHA POS
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, or grocery store environments is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry or café setting
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high energy levels
