A Day in the Life:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide information and answer questions about our menu.
- Take orders, process payments.
- Prep menu items and serve through our service line, following food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Follow recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistent food quality.
- Perform visual quality inspection of all items and assembly/packing of orders.
- Maintain clean stations, restocking, food preparation.
- Maintain clean stations, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, etc.
- Shift across stations like register, kitchen expo, beverages.
- Monitor inventory and perform restock and food preparation.
- Wrap up with closing duties and restock for next shift.
- Perform any additional duties as needed to support the team.
