SHAH Development, LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking full-time Farm Hands to join our team and help with the daily operations of a cattle farm.

Job Responsibilities

• Feed and water cattle daily
• Monitor herd health and report any signs of illness or injury
• Assist with moving, sorting, and handling cattle
• Clean and maintain barns, pens, and feeding areas
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment (tractors, loaders, etc.)
• Repair fences and assist with general farm maintenance
• Assist with haying, pasture management, and seasonal tasks
• Load/unload feed, supplies, and livestock when needed

Qualifications

• Prior farm or livestock experience preferred (not required; willing to train the right person)
• Comfortable working around cattle and large animals
• Ability to operate tractors and other farm equipment and vehicles
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license required
