Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication and welding activities in the workshop and at site.
• Read and interpret fabrication, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, fabricators, and welders.
• Monitor quality, safety, and material usage.
• Prepare daily progress reports and resolve fabrication issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in steel fabrication and welding.
• Strong ability to read and understand fabrication and structural drawings.
• Experience in supervising fabrication workshops and manpower.
• Good leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.

Preferred Skills

• GCC Driving License
• Experience in structural steel, architectural metal works, staircases, handrails, canopies, and miscellaneous steel fabrication.
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
