An Engineering Consultancy Office in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to join our team.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant.

Excellent command of both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Excellent business correspondence, report writing, and document preparation skills.

Experience in Document Control, including organizing, tracking, and archiving engineering and administrative documents.

Ability to maintain well-structured electronic filing and document management systems.

Experience in managing social media accounts and creating digital content.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.

Previous experience in an engineering consultancy or construction company is preferred.

Familiarity with Abu Dhabi government platforms and procedures is an advantage.
