Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to oversee the seamless execution of all events and rental operations. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and real-time report with the company owners to ensure every detail is handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth transactions and execution of all event and rental requirements
  • Prepare requests for approval related to events requirements
  • Interact with the hotels/venue for work permit acquisition and other requirements
  • Follow up on the status of all event-related tasks and deliverables
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments
  • Provide real-time updates and reports to company owners
  • Maintain detailed documentation and timelines for each event requirement
  • Resolve issues swiftly to avoid disruptions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience with Wedding Events is an advantage
