HOURS: Full-Time
COMPENSATION: $60,000 TO $70,000 DOE

Job Summary
The Events Coordinator plays a critical role in planning, selling, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events across Hagadone Marine Group, including cruise weddings, specialty cruises, and Hagadone Marine Center events. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of events, from initial inquiry and sales through planning, coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Events Coordinator works closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver memorable, well-executed events that align with brand standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Event Sales & Client Management
- Manage incoming event and wedding inquiries, guiding clients through the booking process
- Sell and coordinate cruise weddings and specialty cruise events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
- Manage guest communication, RSVPs, and event-related correspondence
