Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage event schedules, bookings, and logistics
- Ensure smooth execution of events and guest experiences
- Assist with event promotions and marketing activities
- Prepare event reports and feedback summaries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible to work weekends and event days when required
