Be part of the behind-the-scenes team that brings memorable events to life! We’re looking for a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping create beautifully executed banquets and culinary events. You’ll arrange plates, chafing dishes, décor, and utensils, assist with food service, and make sure all equipment is cleaned, polished, and properly stored. Keep things running smoothly, and wants to make a positive impact for our guests and members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up, maintain, and break down banquet and event functions per event orders and chef direction
  • Arrange plates, chafing dishes, utensils, décor, and event props to presentation standards
  • Assist with plating, buffet execution, food running, and replenishment during events
  • Support outdoor events, including grills, propane, ice stations, mats, and charcoal equipment
  • Clean, polish, organize, and return all service ware and equipment to proper storage
  • Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, kitchens, stewarding areas, and outdoor event spaces
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling standards
  • Communicate effectively with chefs, stewards, supervisors, and event staff

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a hotel, banquet, or high-volume kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven setting
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
