About the Role

We’re looking for someone dependable and hands-on to handle day-to-day event operations for EZ Car Events. The role involves preparing cars for events, coordinating setups, assisting with logistics, and ensuring things run smoothly on-ground. You’ll work closely with the team to make sure every activation is delivered properly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle car movement, setup, and basic upkeep before and after events
• Manage on-ground logistics including transport, props, and materials
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and team members
• Support the team during event execution and teardown
• Keep track of small operational details and ensure safety and cleanliness
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

• Must have a manual UAE driving license and own car
• On own visa (we do not provide one)
• At least 1 year of experience in event operations or similar work in the UAE
• Flexible with hours (events may be late nights, early mornings, or weekends)
• Well-spoken, reliable, and presentable
• Comfortable doing hands-on work and solving problems on the go
• Interest in cars (vintage car knowledge is a plus)
