The Event Dishwasher plays a vital role in the successful operation of all of our events. Awareness, consistency, cleanliness and care are all hallmarks of this position. The back of house and events team rely heavily on output from the dishwashing station making efficiency, neatness and preparation critical to the success of this position. The individual in this role works hard and takes pride in providing clean tools for coworkers and guests and presenting a well-maintained and orderly station.

This position requires daytime, evenings, and weekend work. Flexible availability is vital in a successful candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate an industrial dishwasher.
Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources.
Keep dish storage area clean and organized.
Perform opening, closing and side duties.
Help to keep kitchen clean and tidy.
