Event Crew Member – Paid Training & Growth Path ($45K–$55K+)

$ Pay: ($15–$20/hr base + consistent overtime opportunities)

** WHAT YOU’LL DO **

· Assist with setup and breakdown of:

o Tents, tables, chairs

o Staging, props, drape, décor

· Load and unload trucks

· Work at event sites across Northeast Florida

· Support team leads in executing events
