Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute internal and external company events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Manage event logistics including setup, branding, seating, registrations, and guest lists.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams for event promotions and communication.
  • Prepare event budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
  • Handle on-site supervision and ensure all events meet company standards.
  • Maintain an event calendar and ensure timely delivery of all activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle events under tight timelines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
