We are a fast-growing organization partnering with nonprofits and charitable groups to run marketing campaigns, fundraising events, and community outreach initiatives. Our team drives awareness, increases donations, and creates real impact—while giving entry-level candidates hands-on experience and opportunities for rapid career growth.
We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused individual to join us as an Entry-Level Event Assistant. This is a perfect entry-level role for candidates looking to gain experience in marketing, event promotions, fundraising, and public relations—no prior experience required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
- Engaging directly with donors and community members to promote causes and drive contributions
- Representing nonprofit partners with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Distributing marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content at events
- Assisting with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Tracking donor interactions and campaign performance
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach and fundraising results
- Collaborating with team members to develop creative marketing and outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — paid training provided
- Strong communication and people skills; outgoing and confident in face-to-face interactions
- Organized, reliable, coachable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Interest in marketing, events, fundraising, or nonprofit work
