Prestige Vernon Hotel is looking for a seasonal part-time Evening Laundry Attendant.
Laundry Attendants have a great work/life balance and can enjoy a flexible working schedule. We can tailor your hours between another job, school, and/or your childcare schedule.
A Laundry Attendant is responsible for a variety of laundry and housekeeping services to maintain the presentation of guest rooms and public areas of the property on a daily basis in accordance with standards set by Prestige Hotels & Resorts. The Laundry Attendant must ensure hotel quality and guest satisfaction at all times and assists guests whenever possible.

Job Duties:
- Report to work in required uniform and in adherence with Prestige Hotels & Resort’s policy
- Greet guests with a smile and in a warm and courteous manner
- Perform daily laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying and folding linens
- Assist with stripping rooms, bed making and public area cleaning
- Become familiar with various room types
- Handle lost and found items
- Maintain security measures
- Restock housekeeping carts daily with supplies
- Observe and report any repairs needed

- Must like to have fun at work!
- A positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Prior experience is an asset, but is NOT required
- Neat and tidy appearance as this position deals with the public
- Must be available to work evenings
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
