Job Overview: As a Frontliner, you will be the face of B&B Theatres, primarily working behind our concession stands and in the box office. You’ll interact directly with guests, ensuring each visit is fun, friendly, and magical from start to finish. This dynamic role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays.

General Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, making them feel welcome.
• Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and inquiries.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing professional and helpful support.
• Stay current on new movie releases and upcoming film schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively as a team with fellow colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
