Electrician/Plumber – Facilities Management

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and Gulf experienced Electrician/Plumber to join our growing Facilities Management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

This role requires expertise in electrical wiring, circuit troubleshooting, plumbing fittings, and water systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, pipes, valves, fittings, and drainage systems
• Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers and transformers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and installations
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

· 5+ experience in Electrical and Plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work

· Good knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and technical drawings

· Ability to use electrical and plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

· Good customer service and communication skills
