We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Plumbing MEP Technician to join our team in Dubai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and construction projects. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Install and maintain wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, DBs, and electrical accessories.
• Install and repair water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, pumps, and piping systems.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and plumbing faults efficiently.
• Read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure all works are completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and project engineers.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Report daily work progress and site issues.

Requirements

✔ ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, MEP, or related trade (Mandatory).

✔ Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in MEP maintenance, fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.

✔ Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

✔ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site issues independently.

✔ Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

✔ Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ UAE Driving License (Preferred).

✔ Experience in villas, apartments, commercial buildings, and fit-out projects.

✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred.
