Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare Maintenance Items (MIs) for electrical systems (switchgear, MCCs, transformers, protection relays, cables).
- Identify spare parts and required materials; coordinate with Procurement for availability.
- Review drawings, MEL data, and ensure alignment with configuration management requirements.
- Coordinate with ENG/MNT/PSC to finalize schedules and work orders.
- Support preventive maintenance frequency review and optimization.
- Prepare reports and KPIs for maintenance performance and backlog tracking.
- Ensure all work complies with BNPP safety, electrical isolation, and security rules.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance planning within nuclear facilities, power generation plants, or heavy industrial environments.
- Proficiency in SAP PM, Maximo, or Primavera.
- Strong understanding of nuclear safety culture and permit-to-work systems.
- Fluency in English with excellent documentation and communication skills.
Technical & Operational Competencies
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate large volumes of Maintenance Instructions (target ~16,000 per year).
- Solid knowledge of work control processes and plant configuration management.
- Demonstrated capability in coordinating activities across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, I&C).
Additional Requirements
- Must successfully pass the technical interview and obtain client approval prior to mobilization.
- Strong safety-first mindset with full compliance to ENEC and FANR regulations.
