Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Manager to assist with daily shop, warehouse, and delivery operations. This role supports field crews and office staff by handling materials, maintaining organization, and completing deliveries. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable with physical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare materials for job sites and deliveries
• Drive company vehicles, including box trucks, to job sites and suppliers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and Job Sites
• Assist with inventory tracking and material staging
• Perform basic maintenance and cleanup tasks
• Support field crews as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a box truck
• Must possess a Real ID or valid U.S. Passport
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Preferred Qualifications (Plus, Not Required)

• Previous construction, electrical, or warehouse experience
• Forklift or equipment operation experience
• Basic knowledge of tools and materials

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Comfortable working in warehouse and job site environments
