This position starts as a helper/labor role and is intended for individuals looking to EARN an electrical apprenticeship through reliability, attitude, and performance.

This is physically demanding work that includes:

• digging trenches
• lifting materials
• working outdoors
• jobsite cleanup
• assisting electricians
• We are looking for long-term team members who want to build a career in the electrical trade from the ground up.

Compensation:

$18 – $24 hourly
Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading materials
• Digging trenches
• Assisting with panel changes and service work
• Jobsite cleanup
• Running tools and materials
• Learning residential electrical systems hands-on
• Supporting lead electricians in the field

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and outdoors
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• No experience required for the right person
