Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, classroom management, and curriculum development, with experience working with children across various age groups. Our teachers lead a Montessori-inspired classroom serving infants through preschool-aged children (4), working collaboratively with other teaching staff to provide high-quality care and learning.

This role designs and delivers play-based, developmentally appropriate experiences aligned with NAEYC standards and the Oklahoma Early Learning Guidelines. Teachers support classroom assistants and peers through mentorship, ensuring the health, safety, and developmental progress of all children in care.

Teacher positions demonstrate strong instructional skill, professional leadership, and a commitment to family partnership and regulatory compliance. This role involves designing age-appropriate lesson plans, implementing educational activities, and supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth in a preschool or daycare setting.
