Full job description

We are hiring a reliable Driver for our AV rental, events and exhibition operations. The role involves driving our company truck for equipment deliveries and collections, and occasionally driving the company car for office errands and staff transport.

Previous driving experience with an AV rental, event production or exhibition company is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company truck and company car as required.
• Deliver and collect LED screens, TVs, touchscreens, flight cases and other event equipment across the UAE.
• Assist with loading, unloading and securing equipment safely inside the truck.
• Coordinate with warehouse and site teams for timely deliveries and collections.
• Check equipment quantities during handover and obtain delivery acknowledgements.
• Handle supplier collections, office errands, document deliveries and staff transport.
• Keep vehicles clean, perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance requirements.
• Assist with basic warehouse activities when deliveries are not scheduled.

Working Hours

Working hours are flexible and depend on event and exhibition schedules. Duties may include early morning deliveries, late-night collections, weekends and split shifts. Rest breaks and time to rest between assignments will be arranged according to the work schedule.

Candidates must understand event setup and dismantling operations and be comfortable with changing timings.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence covering both the company truck and passenger car.
• Previous UAE experience driving a 3-ton truck or similar commercial vehicle.
• Understanding of event and exhibition delivery, setup and collection schedules.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and major venues, including DWTC, Dubai Exhibition Centre and ADNEC.
• Physically fit and willing to assist with loading, unloading and basic warehouse work.
• Responsible, punctual and careful when transporting valuable equipment.
• Basic English communication skills and ability to use Google Maps, and WhatsApp.
