Full job description

• Fleet & Operations Management: Coordinate daily fleet operations, assign vehicles, plan efficient routes, and monitor traffic patterns to minimize disruptions.
• Driver Management: Train new drivers, conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and address any issues related to attendance, conduct, or performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all drivers and vehicles comply with transportation regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintenance & Records: Monitor vehicle maintenance, service, and inspections, and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs
