About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver & helper to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to safely transport materials, equipment, and team members to and from various sites. In addition to driving duties, the candidate will be required to assist with site work as and when needed, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, tools, and personnel to project sites.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
• Assist on-site teams with general tasks such as loading/unloading materials, basic labor work, and setting up equipment.
• Follow site safety rules and company policies at all times.
• Help in organizing and maintaining equipment and materials at the site.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver; prior site or construction assistance experience is a plus.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift/move materials when required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in construction, events, or similar site-based roles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
