Job Description: As the Driver for the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for safely transporting maintenance staff, tools, and equipment to various properties for repair and upkeep tasks. This role is essential in ensuring our team can respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests, ensuring all our properties are kept in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport maintenance team members and equipment to various property locations within the city or region.
• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and serviceability of the company vehicle.
• Assist the maintenance team with minor tasks (if necessary) such as carrying tools, setting up equipment, etc.
• Coordinate with the team leader for daily schedules and routes to optimize time and resources.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintain logs and records of trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept in good mechanical condition, reporting any issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving in a professional setting, ideally with light trucks or vans.
• Knowledge of the city/region’s routes and traffic patterns.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience working with a maintenance team or in property management.
• Mechanical knowledge or minor repair skills (basic understanding of tools/equipment).
