Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer focus Driver to join our team in Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests, outside Catering and staffs to and from various destinations in Dubai and surrounding areas
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes to ensure timely arrivals
• Assist guests with luggage handling and provide information about local attractions and hotel services
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times
• Conduct regular safety checks and report any vehicle issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance driving skills and customer service abilities

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with at least 3 years of experience preferably license number 6
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s road network and traffic patterns
• Strong command of English and Arabic for effective communication with guests and colleagues
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational college diploma preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical fitness to assist with luggage handling and passenger needs
• Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance checks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures (preferred)
