Hiring Immediately – Part-Time Evening Work

Hiring immediately for a part-time, after-school position going door-to-door in local neighborhoods.

$14/hour base pay + bonuses. No sales required.

Your role is simple:
Introduce our company (Weed Man) and collect contact information from homeowners who would like a Weed Man representative to call them the next day with free information.

You are NOT responsible for closing sales.

This is a short-term seasonal position (now through May 2026) with immediate start dates available.

This role works especially well for students, athletes, and individuals looking for part-time evening work and Saturday’s only from 10am-2pm

20-minute in-person interviews are held at our Goddard office.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – dark
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No Fridays or Sundays
• Weather dependent
• Most team members work 1–3 shifts per week

What You’ll Do

• Knock residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners
• Collect contact information from interested residents
• Leave door hangers when homeowners are not available

This is NOT a sales role.
No payments collected. No quoting.

You will work in supervised teams. Transportation is provided from our Goddard office each shift.

Pay

• $14/hour base
• Bonus per lead collected
• Additional bonus when leads convert
• Paid every Thursday
• Typical earnings: $14–$26+/hour depending on performance
• Bonuses are uncapped

Requirements

• Must be reliable and show up on time for scheduled shifts
• Must be comfortable speaking face-to-face with homeowners
• Must be able to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
• Must be available evenings and/or Saturdays

Pay: $14.00 – $26.00 per hour
