Join Our Pack as a Dog Daycare & Kennel Team Lead!

Are you passionate about dogs and leadership? We’re looking for a dedicated Team Lead to help grow our dog daycare and kennel programs, as well as leading a team of hardworking individuals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of dog care professionals.
• Expand and enhance our daycare programs and enrichment activities.
• Ensure all procedures, protocols, and safety standards are followed consistently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with pet owners.
• Handle and train dogs with care, professionalism, and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing and motivating a team.
• Dog training credentials and/or hands-on experience handling dogs.
• Strong understanding of canine behavior and enrichment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, organized, and safety-focused mindset.
• Weekend/Holiday flexibility are required.
