Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project-related documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records.
  • Control the issuance, distribution, and filing of documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Ensure all documents are properly categorized, updated, and archived.
  • Track document revisions and maintain document control registers.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding document submissions and approvals.
  • Prepare and submit material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and project requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documentation.
  • Assist in project close-out documentation and handover processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Document Controller in Interior Fit-Out projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction and fit-out documentation processes is preferred.
