JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for supervising the Doc. staff and providing external stakeholder with proper response in document control work
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Makes a reports addressing document control issue
- Responsible for issuing official document
- Takes action to respond to the requirement from client, PMT or Subcon. on document control issue
- Responsible for supervision and training staffs assigned to document control work
- Communicates with internal and external customers/field/supplier contacts regarding routine administrative issues
- Performs as project system administrator for the document management system
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in related major.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in document control at site
KNOWLEDGE:
- Competent with document control
- Working to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.
TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
- Subcontract
- Method Statement
- Review of Construction Schedule
- Review of Drawing / Material Schedule
- Review of Subcontractor’s plan for Manpower / Equipment / Schedule
- Setting up Detail Schedule
- Progress Management and Analysis
- Pending Issue Report
- Interface Management
