Job Description


JOB SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for supervising the Doc. staff and providing external stakeholder with proper response in document control work

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Makes a reports addressing document control issue
  • Responsible for issuing official document
  • Takes action to respond to the requirement from client, PMT or Subcon. on document control issue
  • Responsible for supervision and training staffs assigned to document control work
  • Communicates with internal and external customers/field/supplier contacts regarding routine administrative issues
  • Performs as project system administrator for the document management system

Qualifications


EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related major.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in document control at site

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Competent with document control
  • Working to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

  • Subcontract
  • Method Statement
  • Review of Construction Schedule
  • Review of Drawing / Material Schedule
  • Review of Subcontractor’s plan for Manpower / Equipment / Schedule
  • Setting up Detail Schedule
  • Progress Management and Analysis
  • Pending Issue Report
  • Interface Management
