Job Purpose
The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents and records while supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations. The role ensures accurate document control, compliance with company policies, efficient record management, employee file administration, recruitment support, and overall HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, maintain, and archive company documents, records, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are properly controlled, updated, distributed, and stored according to company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee records.
- Monitor document revisions, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, timesheets, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee visa, labor, and other regulatory documentation where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management regarding documentation and HR-related matters.
- Support administrative and operational requirements as assigned by management.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per hour
